IICSA: Accountability and Reparations

We represent a number of individuals who are victims of child sexual abuse in the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse.

The Inquiry has been set up to examine the allegations of child sexual abuse and the extent to which institutions in England and Wales have taken seriously their responsibility to protect children.

Accountability and Reparations

We represent a number of individuals in the Inquiry who were subject to sexual abuse whilst resident at care homes in North Wales.

The scope of the Inquiry focuses of the support services and legal remedies available to victims and survivors of child sexual abuse. It is examining the multiple reports of inadequate support services, obstructive insurance companies and a civil justice system that may not have delivered genuine reparation.
