Lord Janner of Braunstone QC: Public Hearing into Allegations of Child Sexual Abuse Announced

The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse has announced that the public hearing into the institutional responses to allegations of child sexual abuse involving the late Lord Janner of Braunstone QC will start on 12 October 2020.

One phase of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse is an inquiry into the institutional responses to allegations of child sexual abuse involving the late Lord Janner of Braunstone QC.

The Public Hearings will commence on 12 October 2020 for a period of three weeks.

Any Court Hearings are going ahead as planned. Your Solicitor will follow government advice on preventing the spread of Covid-19 and you will be requested to do the same. We will not shake hands and will keep the exchange of papers to a minimum.
